Nichol was born in Barberton, Ohio (located almost center of the triangle between Columbus, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh) but moved to Southeast Idaho when she was around one year old – and in case you were wondering, she remembers every minute detail about that move as it was very stressful having to pack all of the boxes.  She has always had a niche for hard work and customer service which she attributes to having worked in the retail business for over fifteen years. Her experience in retail, combined with her knowledge of bookkeeping truly makes Nichol one-of-a-kind.

In her time away from the office she enjoys hiking with her Border Collie “Seamus”, camping, kayaking, horseback riding, crafting, and singing.
